Refund and Returns Policy

At Gaomuge Trade LLC, we take pride in offering authentic, handcrafted thangka paintings. Due to the sacred and artistic nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged

  • Original packaging and all accompanying materials must be included

  • Custom-made thangkas are final sale and cannot be returned

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@gmgetrade.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item in its original condition

    • Reason for return

  2. We will provide return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item to our Arizona address using a trackable method

3. Refund Policy

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your thangka arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

  3. We will arrange for return shipping and either:

    • Send a replacement (if available), or

    • Issue a full refund including shipping costs

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item:

  1. Return the original purchase following our return policy

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

6. International Returns
For international shipments:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any customs/duties fees are non-refundable

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized thangkas

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items not in original condition
